Tractor Falls from Truck Seriously Injuring Two

At about 7:15 a.m. a tractor fell off a truck on highway 446 injuring a number of pedestrians, two seriously. A four year old charedi girl was critically injured and a women in her 40's was seriously injured.

Oren Kinar, a Hatzalah paramedic reports; "When I arrived on the scene I encountered a number of pedestrians that were injured when a tractor fell off a truck. The little girl had no pulse and was not breathing. We preformed advance resuscitation techniques and transported her along with a woman in her forties who was also seriously injured to Tel Hashomer hospital.

"Along with other Hatzalah volunteers we provided first aid treatment for a number of others who were fully conscious and suffering from light wounds."
