U.S. embassy security guard attacked with axe

At around 11:00am, a man arrived at the U.S. Embassy on Herbert Samuel Street in Tel - Aviv, armed with a knife and axe, and attacked and injured one of the guards in his leg.
The guards fired at the suspect, who was apparently injured in his leg lightly.
The attacker, a 41-year-old Bat Yam resident - was arrested. The background is not clear. The Heart of Tel Aviv Police Station launched an investigation.
